This patch is a cumalative patch, the first one can be discarded.
The updated patchadds...
(1) plugin.xml was not being copied into jar. The <resource> tag needed to be
embedded within <resources></resources>. Fixed for all POMs
(2) POMs created for the non source projects org.eclipse.geronimo.feature and
org.eclipse.geronimo.runtime.v1
