I was having this problem yesterday (I am running Linux). I rebooted and the problem went away. not a good solution but it hasn't recurred for me.

        No, something just needs to be fixed so the itests pass.  That's
the whole point!  FYI, I haven't been having problems for a week, it was
working for me up until yesterday (though I haven't been updating
