As a legacy from its import from openejb, TransactionContext uses tranql's
InTxCache. This should be generalized into an interface in geronimo that
Openejb uses an adapter to the tranql class for. This will eliminate the
dependency on tranql. This should be of interest to the Jencks project as well.
