I have removed the installer link at this point. There are too many
problems...

There seems to be a filename mismatch for the installer jar. The
downloads page at http://geronimo.apache.org/downloads.html shows
the installer file with the name "geronimo-1.0-M5-installer.jar"
while the actual file on the mirrors is "geronimo-installer-1.0-
M5.jar".
