move demo app security config out of geronimo "core"

A while back (Aug 10) David Jencks asked me to move the Demo application
security config from its own configuration to the demo app itself. Well,
better late than never. I hope. I'll attach a patch that removes the
org/apache/geronimo/SampleSecurityRealm configuration and adds the necessary
<gbean> XML to the demo app geronimo-web.xml file.
