re-deployment fails

Hi all,
when I deploy an application from a command line, then I uninstall it from the console and then try to re-deploy, again from the console, I get an error saying the application already exists. 


I double check from the Geronimo Console and there are no traces of the 
application there. Run the deployer list-modules from command line and 
is the same result, no app there.



After this, when I restart Geronimo I get a second error which I 
attached at the end of this note.



I used to have this problem before M5 when using day-to-day builds. Now 
I'm using last stable M5.
