CORBAHandleDelegate is called by handles to deserialize the home and remote
stubs. The ejb 2.1 spec 19.5.5.1 seems to imply that the correct stub should
be obtained by in.readObject() but some orbs appear to return a generic remote
stub that needs to be narrowed to EJBHome/ EJBObject. For maximum flexibility
we could replace a cast with a call to PortableRemoteObject.narrow.
