Can you please add your browser and version to this JIRA?
I was already aware of this problem with IE and looking for a fix.
However, with IE the most I ever see is two headers (one for each icon
in the banner). It works fine with firefox.
One more thing. Are you sure you applied the patch appropriately? I
ask because your view shows 3 text only links on the right of the banner
(mailing list, about, and logout). However, in the patch I have removed
the mailing list because it seemed pointless there and I replaced the
text with the Epiq icons. Your image includes the extra link and does
not include the icons.

The new look and feel for the console is pretty neat -- but the header doesn't
lay out too well for me. See the attached screen shot.
