There's been some discussion on the dev list about using configIds and
single-line dependency URIs of the form
groupId/artifactId/version/type
which is very similar to the maven string format of
groupId:artifactId:version:type[:?????not sure what goes here]
I've implemented this, in case anyone wants to try it out before we decide
whether to do this here's a patch.
