The problem actually only exists for Jetty.  I didn't get Tomcat log records 
because there weren't any yet.  It seems that the JettyLogManagerImpl was 
updated to use the File.separator instead of checks for both unix and windows 
separators when attemping to locate the logs.  This is a problem because the 
log names are not OS specific at the moment ... but rather hard coded in the 
plan and/or java code dependning upon implementation.  Therefore, we need to 
check for both styles of separator based upon who might have created the log 
name.  Tomcat was not changed and hence this is why it continued to work.
