This patch includes:
1. Everything from the prior patches
2. Built against branches/1.0
3. Port validation (last missing feature)
4. Installs documentation
5. Code is re-factored to be cleaner and clearer
We still need to validate the configs generated, but it does successfully
install
Tomcat and Jetty.
