"Go" button should be moved to another location on the console as it may not be
visible without scrolling right

Using Windows using Firefox using a 1400 * 1050 display I did the following:
* Clicked on the "Server Logs" in the Geronimo Console
* I specified "DEBUG" in the Level pulldown of the server log viewer section.
* A new user to the console may not realise there is a "Go" button that was off
the screen to the right (requires scrolling to the right to see it).
* The user may think that the refresh link is what they need to press, but if
they do that it will reset the value that they selected in the level pulldown.
We should take into consideration that users may only fill in one or two fields
and then want to send the request. To address this we could consider moving
the refresh link and "Go" button to the same line under the line with the
"Filter results" fields. This change should be consistent on all screens.
