The attached patch creates 4 new configurations for openejb, axis,
openejb-builder, and axis-builder, and adds them to the existing servers.
There's also a completely untested UnavailableModuleBuilder.
The servers start fine and daytrader runs OK. If no one objects I'll commit
this in a bit.
This is NOT A COMPLETE SOLUTION!!
Remaining work:
- separate app client stuff into 2 more modules
- consider separating connector/tm into 2 more modules
- FIX THE DEPENDENCIES. I basically left all the dependencies in j2ee-server
and j2ee-deployer. A lot of careful work is needed to get the correct
dependencies into the openejb and axis configurations and to determine the
correct parent configs for them.
- give the web service builder a default parentId it can add to a configuration
under construction. To compensate for this lack I included the axis module in
the defaultParentId in the builders for jetty, tomcat, and openejb. This will
mean for instance that axis is required to run jetty.
