The build.queue gets emptied nearly immediately and all build task messages
reach the client's pre-fetch queue. This means you can't bring new build
agent's online later and have them participate in the build, nor can you browse
the queue and see what is waiting to be done. It also means if the client goes
away, you loose all the messages it was holding.
