I don't think there is one, but there maybe one in the openejb1 tree.
My brain is going fuzzy on this but I know there is something there
or the itests wouldn't run. I think it may just be the
org.openejb.client.LocalInitialContextFactory talking to the same
ContainerIndex the org.openejb.client.RemoteInitialContextFactory
uses, but without the OpenEJB protocol in the middle.
That's more or less how OpenEJB 1 works. Can't quite remember how I
put it together in OpenEJB 2.
