Paul McMahan commented on GERONIMO-1456: ---------------------------------------- The binary distributions (both zip and tgz) also contain a META-INF/manifest.mf file. It's not at the root level of the archive like in the src dist, but is it necessary? This is a minor issue, but if we end up touching the packaging scripts for this JIRA anyway then we could consider removing those files from the binary dists as well. > geronimo-1.0-src.zip has a meta-inf folder in the root directory > ---------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: GERONIMO-1456 > URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-1456 > Project: Geronimo > Type: Bug > Components: buildsystem > Versions: 1.0 > Reporter: John Sisson > Priority: Minor > Fix For: 1.0.1, 1.1 > > The geronimo-1.0-src.zip has a meta-inf folder in the root directory that is > at the same level as the geronimo-1.0-src directory. > Needs to be fixed.
