Was GERONIMO-1075 (Configuration classloaders should support an inverse classloading delegation model) in the 1.0 release?

Looking at the changes made in the JIRA it was prior to the 1.0 branch, 
but I'm not clear whether the there were more changes made after the 1.0 
branch.
