geronimo server started with errors

I just downloaded geronimo-tomcat-1.0.zip and unzipped it.
after starting geronimo server I've got to error (in console with long stack
trace).
In geronimo console I found two issues:
140: 19:09:25,520 ERROR [GBeanInstance] Problem in doFail of
geronimo.server:J2EEApplication=geronimo/daytrader-derby-tomcat/1.0/car,J2EEServer=geronimo,j2eeType=WebModule,name=daytrader-web-1.0.war
190: 19:09:25,530 ERROR [GBeanInstanceState] Error while starting; GBean is now
in the FAILED state:
objectName="geronimo.server:J2EEApplication=geronimo/daytrader-derby-tomcat/1.0/car,J2EEServer=geronimo,j2eeType=WebModule,name=daytrader-web-1.0.war"
I really have no ideas about that daytrader-web is.
Seems server works well, but these unexpected exceptions make it not to
comfortable to see how server started
