Starting an hour or two ago, I'm having all kinds of trouble with JIRA bug pages showing up mangled. Usually they come up with some text that clearly should be markup and then lay out wrong, or I get two whole copies of the bug content side by side, but one time a page came up looking like a text version of a binary file. Both Safari and Firefox are doing the same thing for me, both on Mac and Linux. For example:
