Unable to deploy applications in new Minimal and WEB-JMS assemblies

When attempting to deploy an application into either the new
minimal-tomcat-server or web-jms-tomcat-server assemblies we receive the
following error:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
javax/enterprise/deploy/spi/status/ProgressListener
at
org.apache.geronimo.deployment.cli.DeployTool.<clinit>(DeployTool.java:68)
This appears to be because the j2ee deployment jar
(geronimo-j2ee-deployment_1.1_spec-1.0.jar) wasn't placed in the lib directory.
