This patch is for trunk and branches/1.0.
The patch simplifies the default path through the installer and changes
the default path so that either Jetty or Tomcat may be installed, but not
both.
An advanced path may be enabled using -Dadvancedmode=true which
enables the ability to install both containers and selectively disable
installed configurations using checkboxes.
