After a lot of discussion on the dev list we decided we could make host gbeans 
for both jetty and tomcat.  For jetty these will have a list of hosts and a 
list of virtual hosts.  The jetty web plan can have either host and virtual 
host elements or a reference to a separate host gbean.

I think we can have the same for tomcat except it won't work if there is more 
than one host string.  I'm hoping Jeff or another tomcat expert will comment on 
this.

When we get it implemented for both containers we can get the xml into the 
generic schema.
