Fixed. Tested importing projects generated from the following commands:
cd geronimo
maven m:eclipse -o
cd ..
cd assemblies
maven -o -Dgoal=eclipse multiproject:goal

cd configs
maven -o -Dgoal=eclipse multiproject:goal
cd ..
cd plugins
maven -o -Dgoal=eclipse multiproject:goal
