the new look & feel is great. When/how can we move forward.
In addition to the new template we should focus on re-structuring and updating the content. I
volunteer to work on this update, how can I help?

I've emailed Glenn Wheaton from Epiq asking him to attach the new stylesheets and imagery so that he can grant the ASF a license to the content.
