* Describe relationship between geronimo.bat/sh ,startup.bat/sh and
shutdown.bat/sh in the geronimo.bat/sh file
* Make it clearer that users shouldn't have to edit script files just to set
environment variables. They should be using the setenv.bat/sh files that are
called by geronimo.bat/sh and deploy.bat/sh
