The SMTPTransport class debug capability does not log all traffic on the server
connection. Specifically, it does not log the message content that gets
written to the server, which makes it difficult to debug issues that are not
directly caused by the SMTP interactions. For example, errors in the internet
headers created by the MIME multipart types.
