The other zip file hasn't because it introduced too much heavy-weight changes with no discussion on the dev mailing list. I don't want to know the console devs are comming to hunt me down and ... ;) So, please discuss the change with the others unless it was already and I missed it (then provide a url to the thread). Also, when I applied the patch - console.zip - some files had duplicated content, i.e. pom.xml in application dir had its content doubled. Other files were affected, too.
