[xbean] annotation based dependency injection

EJB 3 pretty much mandates a similar model; so I'm sure the XBean/OpenEJB folks will be implementing this anyway. I'm also interested in seeing how JAXB 2 could be used as a possible bi-directional XML marshalling layer for this DI model.
