Add minimal-tomcat-server to geronimo 1.1
This initial jira just adds the assembly, configurations, and other changes
necessary for the basic structure. I'll create another update later with
changes to the various configurations to eliminate unnecessary dependencies so
that the resultant image is closer to 15 meg rather than 30 meg.
