Fix For: 1.2
Need to enable the ability to either globally for an EJB.jar to disable
pass-by-value semantics or on a selective basis for the individual beans. This
is a feature that is available all commercial and most open source AppServers.
The default should be Pass-By-Value to remain compliance with the EJB
specification.
