Don't save enhanced classes, cglib is going to remove support for saving
classes.

We are saving enhanced classes for the web service client. CGLib is going to
remove support for extracting and saving enhanced classes. Also, the paths to
them are too long for windows. Instead, save the info needed to construct the
proxies and construct them when the jndi reference is looked up.
