Console should display context root for the installed web apps

Console should display context root for the web apps in these two places -
1. Web App Wars --> Installed Web Apps
2. plugins --> .........--> Import/Export configuraitons - if has web apps
Currently user has no way of determining context root for the sample apps
supplied with geronimo.
