The geronimo-assembly-plugin installs a configuration even when some of its
dependencies are missing. The following can be reproduced by :
1. delete geronimo-converter-1.1...jar from .maven repo
2. cd j2ee-tomcat-server
3. maven
First time the following error is given, but the configuration has already
been copied. Hence repeating 'maven' completes successfully. This server will
not have this jar in its repository.
