I created this patch on windows under the geronimo root directory.
Please note: I've had problems in the past where new, empty directories (such
as var/shared/lib and var/shared/classes) are not added into the patch even
though they are under svn version control. If they are not created via the
patch they will have to be manually created under the
assemblies/minimal-jetty-server/src/var....
