Per a recommendation of David Jencks, I removed the explicit inclusion of the
specs in the repository for the various geronimo assemblies. This way, a spec
will only be included in the assembly if it is in fact needed. My test with
this patch indicated that it did not change the end result of the geronimo
images. Apparently all of the specs included in each assembly were also
included in the necessary configurations. Therefore, I think we should
remove the dependencies from the assemblies to avoid confusion and future
complications. I also included in this patch a change recommended by Anita
remove build dependencies on jetty from rmi-naming and system-database.
