I think the overall category header is clearer as "Applications". If you're not familiar with the terminology, applications ought to jump out at you, whereas I'm not sure modules would. We do have the "modules" word in there for the "System Modules" subcategory to at least help link up the concepts.

The tasks under the Applications category allow you to start, stop, or uninstall deployed ears, wars, rars, etc. To go along with the new "module" terminology I think that the name for htis category change to "Modules", and that the embedded help for these tasks should use the new module terminology as well.
