These patches are built against rev 411948. These patches adds jetty and
jetty-deployer configurations.

-- The dependency on wadi and spring has been removed from g-dependency.xml
-- I had to add servlet-spec to g-dependency.xml to avoid
javax.servlet.UnavailableException. This was not
needed in M1!
3. openejb.patch - It is for building openejb from the top most directory and
removes stax-api dependency
