This is the first stage in reorganizing the javamail source tree. This creates
a javamail repository, and moves the 1.2 version of the javamail-transport
module into the new prepository. This new project will build a
geronimo-javamail-1.3.1-provider jar file and a geronimo-javamail-1.3.1-mail
jar file, which is a merged spec and provider uber jar.
