I have pushed XBean 2.4 binaries in a private repo for review.
They are available at
   http://people.apache.org/~gnodet/xbean-2.4/m1/org.apache.xbean
   http://people.apache.org/~gnodet/xbean-2.4/m2/org/apache/xbean

[ ] +1 Release the binary as XBean 2.4
[ ] -1 Veto the release (provide specific comments)

If the vote passes, I will put the binaries in their official distribution repositories.
