I'm not sure of the correct answer to that.  The console cannot always display the licenses about 
third party software that has been installed.  I would think that it should display the licenses 
that shipped with Geronimo.

Others thoughts?

Currently the licenses displayed there are a subset of those in 
Geronimo's LICENSE.txt file.
