The continuum builds of the javamail component code are failing because it
references a dependency on the 1.1 version of the activation spec. This is
reaching ahead to the yet unreleased 1.1 version...it still needs to be
referencing the 1.1-SNAPSHOT version until 1.1 is officially released.
