The components.xml in the jbi-maven-plugin has a typo for the artifact handler
for the jbi-shared-library. It is actually specced out for the
jbi-service-assembly which is already defined. I have tested this mod and
attached a patch for immediate release.

tooling\jbi-maven-plugin\src\main\resources\META-INF\plexus
