Jason, you seem to be the JIRA master so if you have any pearls of wisdom :)
Nothing major at the moment... best advise I can give to everyone is to make sure that you have setup your Dashboard in JIRA to show the information that matters to you. I'd recommend making a new portal page dedicated to Geronimo and then add some portlets to allow easy viewing of the projects issues/stats.
