I'm a tad confused about your comment and the change to console-
framework/pom.xml. Looks like the castor dependency was just moved,
not removed as it was in console-standard/pom.xml.
Is this what you intended?

Several of the jars in the console's WEB-INF/lib directories are
unneeded
- both copies of jasper-compiler-5.5.12.jar (400K each)
- both copies of jasper-runtime-5.5.12.jar (80K each)
- the copy of castor-0.9.5.3.jar in console-standard (1.7M)
Removing these jars will decrease the server footprint and binary
image download size.
