Is this still used by 1.0?
If so, we should probably keep them around and just fix the redirect
locations... though I'd rather nuke them to keep things clean, but
don't like breaking old links.
But they are effectively broken now since they point to old stuff...

Several of these point to old sites, like:

additionalSamples.html (opensource2.atlassian.com)
wiki.html (wiki.apache.org)
Does Apache have php enabled? redirects are much better managed
with php than raw html.
Anyways, if these are not used, then lest remove them.
