Is this still used by 1.0?

If so, we should probably keep them around and just fix the redirect locations... though I'd rather nuke them to keep things clean, but don't like breaking old links.

But they are effectively broken now since they point to old stuff...

those redirects where mainly used from the Geronimo Admin Console to point to a standard page when we used to host the documentation at atlassian. AFAIK these redirects are no longer needed.

Several of these point to old sites, like:
    additionalDocumentation.html (opensource2.atlassian.com)
    additionalSamples.html (opensource2.atlassian.com)
    wiki.html (wiki.apache.org)
Does Apache have php enabled? redirects are much better managed with php than raw html.
Anyways, if these are not used, then lest remove them.
