Using console when i deploy an application and it throws Exception when
starting the GBeans the console still shows
The application was successfully deployed.
The application was successfully started
This patch catches the Exception and prints the following message along with
the Exception in Show Details button
Deployment Failed : Application failed to start
Show Full Details
When user hits Show Full Details the Exception Stack Trace is shown.
