I have recently updated my old servicemix trunk version but when I run
maven I get:

Unable to download the artifact from any repository

Try downloading the file manually from the project website.

Then, install it using the command:
    mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=org.apache.servicemix.tooling
-DartifactId=jbi-maven-plugin \
        -Dversion=3.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT -Dpackaging=maven-plugin
