The "publish by copy" seems to open a very interesting possibility of
publishing to a remote server and attaching to it fro remote debugging. As this
is possible to do manually, I think plugin should be able to support such
deployment - maybe setup a "file receiver" on the other end.
Such functionality will definitely open the door into real life
[semi-]production debugging. Even QA problems may be solved much faster.
