I think it's time to sum up the proposals and put them on the Wiki so
they are easily found and are in a readable form. Those who are not
skilled to read lenghty threads may have lost a few. I think it would
help in general for a future reference when we decide to not give it a
try and keep RTC, perhaps for other projects or to become a base for
an ASF official document.
