After uploading the patch, I have unassigned these JIRAs. Only one of the JIRA's shows under "Patch Available".

Hi Vamsi,
Are you the "Assignee" of the Jira's? I think you need to edit the
Jira and assign the Jira's to "Unassigned".
IIUC, the script that generates the email assumes that assigned
jira's are being worked on by somebody...
